Every place here is on ACECOVA’s list as exclusively gluten-free, or says on its own menu or website that the whole kitchen is gluten-free. That removes most of the guesswork, not all of it: a few sell regular beer or packaged products, and staff and suppliers change. Tell staff you are coeliac anyway. Ordered by reviews and how much of the menu we could see.

100% GFA restaurant on Campoamor in Algirós that ACECOVA describes as Mediterranean cooking and that calls itself a gluten-free space. Open daily, 13:30 to 17:30 and 20:00 to 24:00, per its website.

100% GFAn online gluten-free supermarket based in Catarroja (not in Russafa, despite the name), selling sealed packaged products rather than cooked food.

Arte Sana Gelat
100% GFAn Italian artisan gelato shop in Algirós that also sells gluten-free cakes by the slice: banana bread, pumpkin bread, Sacher, seasonal fruit tart and cheesecake. Expect cremoso flavours such as gianduia and salted caramel, and a coconut-sugar 'grezzo' line. It calls itself the only 100% gluten-free gelateria in the Valencian region.

100% GFSomni, in Campanar, serves Syrian-Mediterranean cooking such as kibbeh, pitta, slow-roasted milk-fed lamb pastel and a kataifi-and-orange dessert. It is a sit-down restaurant for lunch and dinner.

100% GFchök's bakery-café on Sant Vicent Màrtir in Ciutat Vella sells gluten-free cinnamon rolls (classic, pistachio and more), rookies, brookies and cookies, some of them vegan. Its own site gives daily hours of 9:00-21:00.
