Cult Café's default bread is organic sourdough, which contains gluten — buckwheat bread is available if you ask. On the menu itself, only two dishes are explicitly marked 'SG' (sin gluten): yogurt with granola, and the açaí bowl. Everything else needs a direct question to staff rather than being pre-marked.
Tip: Ask for buckwheat bread specifically if you want a gluten-free tostada — the default sourdough isn't GF.
