- Note: Mixed kitchen: dishes with gluten are cooked in the same kitchen. Say you are coeliac when ordering.
- Note: Wheat and corn tortillas are both used (tacos, quesadillas, fajitas 'maíz o trigo'; the 'Gringa' is a wheat tortilla). Ask for corn and for it to be heated apart from wheat on the griddle.
- Note: Fried items (fried quesadilla, tacos dorados, tortilla chips): ask whether the fryer is shared with anything floured.
- Note: The Caesar salad has croutons and the regular beers contain gluten; the only gluten-free beer listed is Cruzcampo sin gluten.
How we know
Gluten is on the premises, but a coeliac association lists this place: ACECOVA’s current list of places it has reviewed, or FACE naming this outlet in its programme. Shared premises: tell staff you are coeliac when you order. A chain’s FACE agreement alone does not put an outlet in this tier.
